Bio

Tanya recently graduated from USC with a master's degree in Biomedical Data Analytics. She is a Neuroimaging Analyst at MSI, focusing on the ABCD project. Her expertise lies in neuroimaging analysis, where she specializes in writing bash scripts to develop and apply reproducible neuroimaging workflows. This enhances researcher productivity by enabling efficient data processing and analysis. Additionally, she perform high-level statistical analyses on various neuroimaging data types. Previously, Tanya developed deep learning models to de-noise CTP data at Hura Imaging Inc. and conducted boundary enhancement research at LONI USC.
