MSI Single Cell Guide

RI Bioinformatics staff developed an experimental design template to help researchers plan single-cell and single-nucleus experiments. RI Bioinformatics offers analysis support for single-cell and single-nucleus experiments on a contract basis. Questions about the template, experimental design, or data analysis can be directed to the RI Bioinformatics team by emailing [email protected]. The template was developed with input from UMGC Single Cell Service Manager Pat Grady, Ph.D., and specific questions about library preparation and sequencing should be directed to him at [email protected].

The template is available in two forms: 

• A downloadable Single Cell Experiment Design Planning Template document use as a guide when designing your experiments.
• A Google Form. Use the Google form if you'd like to request experimental design help from the RI Bioinformatics group. Upon submission, a copy of the completed form is emailed to both the requestor and the RI Bioinformatics team, who will follow up to determine what kind of design and/or analysis support is needed.
