Amanda is a neuroscientist with a specific background in studying the neurotoxicity of environmental pollutants on the developing brain, particularly in rodents. She has broader experience in molecular, chemical, and bioinformatics research methods. She is skilled in data management, visualization, and the organization of data workflows using various tools such as GraphPad Prism, Tableau, R Shiny, R, and Linux-based tools. Currently, her position within MSI involves addressing the data management and research consulting needs of researchers at the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain.
