Help Desk Hours
The help desk is staffed to reply to request tickets, phone calls, and in person walk in hours on Monday through Friday.
- Mornings 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Afternoons 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Submit a ticket
Alternatively, email [email protected] to create a ticket. All ticket should contain the following information:
- Name
- MSI Group (if you have one)
- Slurm scripts and past job IDs
- Screenshots of the error observed
- The time the issue first appeared
- Describe how the issue can be replicated
