Genetics of Childhood Cancers

MSI PI Tianzhong Yang (assistant professor, Biostatistics and Data Health Science) has received a grant from the St. Baldrick’s Foundation for her research into the genetics behind cancers that affect children. Professor Yang uses MSI resources to perform phenome-wide associated studies (PheWAS) and PheWAS-related methods in studies of risk factors for childhood cancer.
