MSI PI Andrew Oxenham (professor, Psychology), with his colleague Research Associate Professor Magdalena Wojtczak (Psychology), have been awarded a $766,000 grant from the Uniformed Services University. The grant funds a study of hearing loss related to traumatic brain injury, which aims to differentiate this kind of hearing loss from traditional noise-induced loss.
