Software Description
Imaris suite provides a complete set of features for working with three-dimensional multi-channel images. It allows users to conveniently load, process, and visualize images in any widely accepted image format to gain new insight from microscopic data. It has an advanced movie generator and image export features. Some of the features include:
- Identify objects based on intensity and validate segmentation by superimposing objects on the original volume image.
- Imaris MeasurementPro provides an impressive range of statistical features that can be measured.
- ImarisColoc enables users to easily isolate, visualize, and quantify regional overlap in 3D and 4D images. Results can be presented in two ways, either as a new 3D or 4D channel in Imaris or as a statistical report.
- ImarisColoc also automates the process of selecting colocalized image areas.
