Software licensing issues

Why does it say all licenses are in use or there are no available licenses?

Certain MSI software packages (e.g., COMSOL, & GraphPad Prism) allow a limited number of concurrent license checkouts. In these situations, users should check the respective calendar for the software before reserving a time slot. MSI does not always control license servers, especially for software shared across campus. If licenses are unavailable once reserved, or if licenses are occupied for a prolonged period of time, or please contact [email protected] and inform MSI Support of the situation.
